Buddhism in Pakistan took source some 2,300 years since under the Mauryan king Ashoka. The entire community of Buddhists is, consequently, strange to be more than a few thousand. In 2017, the number of Buddhist voters was stated to be 1,884, and they are mostly focused in Sindh and Punjab.
