REFUND POLICY

En Route Pakistan provides business listings which includes hotel, restaurants, tour operators, transporters, shops, and Guides. Our basic listing packages are free. We also provide paid listing packages too with the advanced listing options. You can add your business for a 30 days free trial. Once you get a paid package for your business listing, it will not be refunded. En Route Pakistan will review each business listing and its payment details before making it live on the website.
 

You can create promotions ads for your listed businesses, and you can pause the promotion ads whenever you want. In case of paused promotion ads, payments will be adjusted for the future promotion ads but can’t be refunded. En Route Pakistan will review each and every ad submitted before making it Live on the website
 

When a claim of wrong business is made, it means something has gone wrong.  En Route Pakistan will block your account, all your services will be dismissed and subscription payment will not be refunded. You will need to provide proper evidence of claiming your listed business, once it gets sorted out then you will be able to use your listed business and all your services will be resumed.
